Greg Maffei - oversees the Liberty family of companies as they compete in the digital mobile era. Liberty's stocks have consistently outperformed the indexes and peers. Liberty Media ranked #5 in Fortune’s 2017-2018 World’s Most Admired Companies in the Media & Entertainment Industry.
Maffei serves as President and CEO of Liberty Media Corporation, which owns media and entertainment businesses, including subsidiaries Formula 1, SiriusXM and the Atlanta Braves, and an interest in Live Nation Entertainment. He is President and CEO of Liberty Broadband Corporation, which consists primarily of a 25% voting stake in Charter Communications, as well as President and CEO of GCI Liberty, whose principal assets consist of its subsidiary GCI and interests in Charter Communications and Liberty Broadband. Maffei also serves as Chairman and CEO of Liberty TripAdvisor, which holds a controlling interest in TripAdvisor.
In addition, Maffei serves as Executive Chairman of Qurate Retail, Inc., which owns digital commerce businesses, including subsidiaries QVC, HSNi and Zulily and interests in FTD and ILG. Maffei also serves as Chairman of the Liberty-related companies Live Nation Entertainment, Pandora, SiriusXM and TripAdvisor, and a Director of Charter Communications and Zillow.
Prior to joining Liberty in 2005, Maffei served as Co-President of Oracle, Chairman and CEO of 360networks, and CFO of Microsoft. He has also served as a Director of Barnes & Noble, Citrix, DIRECTV, Dorling Kindersley, Electronic Arts and Starbucks and was Chairman of Expedia and Starz.
Maffei is a member of the Board of Trustees of Dartmouth College and Council on Foreign Relations. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and an AB from Dartmouth College.
Mike George was named President and CEO of Qurate Retail, Inc., in March 2018. In this role, Mike leads a select group of leading retail brands – QVC, HSN, Zulily, Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Garnet Hill, and Grandin Road – all dedicated to providing a ‘third way to shop,’ beyond transactional ecommerce or traditional brick-and-mortar stores.

Mike previously served for 12 years as President and CEO of QVC, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Qurate Retail, Inc. (formerly Liberty Interactive Corporation). As retail evolved and technology advanced, Mike and his team developed new ways to engage customers over multiple television, ecommerce, mobile and social platforms, expanded QVC’s footprint into Italy and China, and positioned QVC as a leading retailer in Beauty, Fashion, Culinary, and other growth categories. QVC also extended its industry leadership through Liberty Interactive’s acquisitions of Zulily and HSN, Inc.
Mike came to QVC, Inc. from Dell, Inc., where he was the Chief Marketing Officer and also led its U.S. Consumer business. Prior to this, Mike was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co., Inc., and led the firm’s North American Retail Industry Group. He also served as a member of the firm’s partner evaluation committee.
Mike serves on the Board of Directors for Qurate Retail, Inc., Brinker International, Ralph Lauren, the National Retail Federation, and the National Constitution Center, where he also chairs the Corporate Council. He also is a member of CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion. Mike served on the Payless ShoeSource Board of Directors from 2003 to 2006, and served on the Kimmel Center Board of Directors for six years, and the Board of Directors for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for 10 years.
Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, and his master’s degree in finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Richard N. Baer – serves as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Liberty Media Corporation, Qurate Retail, Inc., GCI Liberty, Inc., Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc., and Liberty Broadband Corporation. Mr. Baer has been with Liberty since January 2013. Previously, Mr. Baer served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of UnitedHealth Group Incorporated and was formerly Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Qwest Communications International, Inc. Prior to joining Qwest, Mr. Baer served as chairman of the litigation department at the Denver law firm of Sherman & Howard L.L.C.
Mr. Baer is Chairman of the Board of Directors of National Jewish Health. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Duke University.
Courtnee Chun – serves as Chief Portfolio Officer and SVP, Investor Relations for Liberty Media Corporation, Qurate Retail. Inc., Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc., Liberty Broadband Corporation and GCI Liberty. As Chief Portfolio Officer, Ms. Chun is responsible for monitoring and enhancing the operating performance of many of the Liberty portfolio companies. She is also the primary contact for investors, analysts and the press and leads the LibertyGives Foundation, a non-profit organization which supports causes benefitting underprivileged and at-risk youth in Colorado. Ms. Chun has been with Liberty since February 2008. Previously. Ms. Chun served as VP Opportunity Development at Level 3, Chief Financial Officer at New Global Telecom and prior to these roles received extensive transaction experience through corporate development work at FirstWorld Communications and investment banking at JP Morgan.
Ms. Chun previously was a director of Expedia Group, Inc., and HSN, Inc. She holds a BA in Economics (with honors) and Math from Claremont McKenna College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Albert E. Rosenthaler – serves as Chief Corporate Development Officer of Liberty Media Corporation, Qurate Retail, Inc., Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc., Liberty Broadband Corporation and GCI Liberty. As Chief Corporate Development Officer, Mr. Rosenthaler is responsible for identifying and pursuing investment and other opportunities and assists in setting strategic direction to maximize shareholder value. Mr. Rosenthaler has been with Liberty since April 2002 and most recently served as Liberty’s Chief Tax Officer before taking on his current role in October 2016.
Mr. Rosenthaler serves as a director of Liberty TripAdvisor and TripAdvisor. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Olivet College and a Master of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois.
Brian J. Wendling - is Senior Vice President, Principal Financial Officer and Controller of Liberty Media Corporation, Qurate Retail, Inc., Liberty Broadband Corporation and GCI Liberty, Inc. He is also Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Liberty TripAdvisor Holdings, Inc. Mr. Wendling has held various positions with these companies and their predecessors since 1999. Prior to joining these companies, he worked in the assurance practice of the accounting firm, KPMG.
Mr. Wendling has previously served on the boards of Fun Technologies Inc. and CommerceHub, Inc. He also serves on the board of Clothes to Kids of Colorado. Mr. Wendling received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University.
